About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with additional needs, promoting their learning and development, and contributing to a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs in achieving their learning and development targets
- Contributing to an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Providing tailored support for children with various Special Educational Needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in supporting children with ASD, ADHD, Mental Health, Emotional, and Behavioural Needs
- An adaptable and flexible approach to supporting children
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
