Special Needs Program Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective programs to meet the needs of learners with EHCPs, aligning with college strategies and policies.
- Lead a team of Learning Mentors and support staff to deliver high-quality programs, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness regularly.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to integrate program strategies into college-wide initiatives and promote positive outcomes for students.
