Program Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Special Needs Program Leader to join our team at MidKent College. As a Special Needs Program Leader, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of programs designed to meet the specific needs of learners with EHCPs. You will lead a team of Learning Mentors and support staff to ensure the successful implementation of these programs and contribute to the enhancement of student outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective programs to meet the needs of learners with EHCPs, aligning with college strategies and policies.
- Lead a team of Learning Mentors and support staff to deliver high-quality programs, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness regularly.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to integrate program strategies into college-wide initiatives and promote positive outcomes for students.
