About Your Role

  1. Establish and manage sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programs that deliver measurable impact for the community, focusing on tackling health inequalities.
  2. Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by line manager in line with current data protection protocols.
  3. Deliver specific Healthy community projects/programs, such as Exercise Referral, gym-based classes, falls prevention, according to the parameter discussed with line manager.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified instructor in relevant disciplines to deliver sessions independently, i.e., Gym level 3, NGB level 2 or higher.
  • Experienced in planning, delivering, and monitoring sessions.
  • Passion for improving the health of the local community.
  • Ability to use MS tools.
