About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Recovery Specialist to join our highly motivated and committed Integrated Recovery team. Our team supports individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues to make positive life choices and make a real difference to our clients, their families, and the wider community.

Our teams provide support for individuals who are experiencing problematic substance use. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team with regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and joint working. The team consists of Recovery Specialists, Counselling Team, Psychologists, and a Team Manager.

The Community Recovery Specialist will be responsible for recovery-focused assessment, recovery planning, and risk management. They will also deliver appropriate personalized interventions at all stages of treatment, taking a whole-person holistic approach to ensure that every service user's package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing.

The successful candidate will work flexibly, coordinating care within a multi-disciplinary team and with a range of partner agencies to ensure our clients receive safe and effective treatment. A driving license is required for this role.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a later shift on Thursday 11am-7pm.
