Job Summary

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Mental Health Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to employees on mental health-related matters, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health assessments and advice to employees
  • Develop and implement mental health strategies to promote employee well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to employees
  • Conduct training sessions on mental health awareness and stress management
  • Advise managers on mental health-related issues and provide guidance on employee support

Requirements
