Senior Care Practitioner

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support, and that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents
- Work closely with the care team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support
- Assist with the development and implementation of care plans
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition
- Maintain accurate records of resident's care and support
Requirements:
- Two years' experience as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant
- NVQ 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience in a nursing or care home or as a home care worker
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
