We are seeking a Senior Respiratory Care Professional to join our Community Respiratory Service as Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to adults with respiratory conditions in North East Essex.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and skill in respiratory care, ideally including community-based experience, and competencies in home oxygen assessment and prescription as well as pulmonary rehabilitation. As Clinical Lead, you will provide professional leadership, clinical expertise, and manage a caseload of respiratory patients within the service.

Our Community Respiratory Service provides COPD, Home oxygen, Pulmonary rehab, respiratory physio, and virtual ward services for adults in North East Essex. We are working towards accreditation of our Pulmonary rehab service and ongoing development of virtual wards.

You will work in partnership with primary and secondary care colleagues and other agencies to secure a smooth patient journey across the whole patient pathway. The ideal candidate will be an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or have completed a master's degree but need to complete the APEL route for ACP.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
