Job Title: Sales and Relationship Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Relationship Manager, where you will be responsible for working closely with existing clients to develop and nurture their relationships. The role involves extensive phone work, managing client databases, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales care and processing.

About Our Company:
We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in providing self-assessment and VAT support services to UK-based sole traders across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  2. Issuing sales packs and agreements to clients
  3. Managing client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  4. Conducting accompanied visits to clients and suppliers
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell new products and services to existing clients
  6. Following up on incoming lead inquiries from clients
  7. Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  8. Responding to email queries from clients
  9. Assisting in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:
