Robert Walters UK has an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Insurance Business Analyst to join their team as a Workforce Consultant. This role offers the chance to develop skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

As a Workforce Consultant, you will provide project support within clients' central teams responsible for creating and mapping new service catalogues. Key responsibilities include creating new service-based catalogues and mapping supporting services back to the CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
  • Drafting an ITIL4 based service catalogue and presenting to senior stakeholders and customers
  • Completing a mapping exercise from the new catalogue to the existing services
  • Assisting Finance Stakeholders to capture and present a view of the operational cost per service.

You will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business analyst role in an insurance environment
  • Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
  • Experience with the creation of ITIL Service Catalogues
  • Experience with and an understanding of CMDBs
  • Experience with financial data
  • Experience in holding stakeholder meetings/workshops and able to extract the necessary information
  • Proven experience in data analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders of all levels
  • Experience of working on a range of different projects of varying size
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices
  • Advanced MS Excel / MS PowerPoint / MS Visio skills required
  • Hold relevant professional qualifications (Prince 2, Agile, MSP, ITIL)

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 + 5% performance related bonus.
