Project Support Specialist - Insurance Industry

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters UK. As a Workforce Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide project support within our clients' central teams responsible for creating and mapping new service catalogues. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including SMEs, to create an ITIL4-based service catalogue and present it to senior stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing project support with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
  • Creating an ITIL4-based service catalogue with SMEs and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • MAPPING EXERCISE FROM THE NEW CATALOGUE TO EXISTING SERVICES
  • Assisting finance stakeholders in capturing operational costs per service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business analyst role in an insurance environment
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
  • Experience with creating ITIL Service Catalogues
  • Understanding of CMDBs and financial data
  • Experience in holding stakeholder meetings/workshops and extracting necessary information
  • Proven experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices

Estimated Salary: £70,000 + 5% performance-related bonus. This estimate is based on national averages for London.
