About the Position

We are looking for a talented Digital Catalogue Manager to join our team at BMG. This exciting opportunity will see you playing a crucial role in shaping the music industry and driving business growth.

As a Product Manager (Rock & Metal), you will be responsible for optimizing digital consumption, coordinating marketing campaigns, and delivering high-quality product assets. Your collaboration with internal teams and external agencies will enhance customer engagement and drive business success.

This dynamic role offers a unique blend of creative freedom and strategic influence, making it perfect for someone passionate about music and eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize digital consumption and coordination of marketing campaigns for an allocated roster of artists and catalogues.
  • Deliver high-quality product assets and ensure creative, campaign, and commercial objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with a core repertoire team of seven, based in various territories.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including artist managers.
  • Support team members and complete administrative tasks where required.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts domestically and internationally.

About You:

  • You have previous record company product and marketing experience.
  • You are interested in music and record industry developments.
  • You possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • You are highly organized, with the ability to handle high volume, conflicting priorities.
  • You build relationships both internally and externally with ease and discretion.
  • You maintain confidentiality of high-profile projects and assets.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox/file sharing, streaming platforms, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days pro-rated annual leave, flexible working opportunities, subsidized gym membership, private health insurance, competitive pension scheme, parental leave policy, and access to Employee Assistance Programme.
