We are seeking a skilled Personal Tailor to join our team at our Savile Row store, where you will have the opportunity to work with customers to create a memorable brand experience and contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is polite, courteous, and professional.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including bespoke services, made-to-order, and click-and-collect.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets, while maintaining high standards of personal dress and appearance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Stay up-to-date with brand image, competitors, and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
- Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
- Impeccable customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Outstanding sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to work within a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Above-standard communication skills, with an exceptional command of English.
