We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Tailor to join our Hackett Savile Row Store team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our discerning customers and contributing to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Provide impeccable customer service, greet and acknowledge customers promptly, and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve Results: Meet personal and store sales targets, maintain high standards of product knowledge, and be proactive in ideas for increasing sales.
  • Store and Stock Standards: Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, replenish product on the shop floor, and reduce stock loss in store.
