Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Personal Tailor to join our team at Hackett Savile Row Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers and contributing to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop excellent knowledge of our products and services to promote product benefits to our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional, smart, and tidy appearance.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and outstanding sales skills.
  • Able to work within a team and use initiative.
  • Well-presented and above-standard communication skills with an exceptional command of English.
