Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Personal Tailor to join our team at Hackett Savile Row Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers and contributing to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Develop excellent knowledge of our products and services to promote their benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Contribute to the achievement of store objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.
- Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional, smart, and tidy appearance.
- Assist, advise, and help train other staff members.
Requirements
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Outstanding sales skills.
- Able to work within a team.
- Able to use initiative.
- Well-presented.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
