Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Personal Tailor to join our team at the Hackett Savile Row Store. As a Personal Tailor, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers and contributing to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every customer.
  • Develop excellent knowledge of our products and services to promote their benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional and smart image at all times.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a visually appealing and engaging store environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Outstanding sales skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to use initiative and adapt to changing situations.
