Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Personal Tailor to join our team at the Hackett Savile Row Store. As a Personal Tailor, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers and contributing to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Develop excellent knowledge of our products and services to promote product benefits to customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized advice and guidance.
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  • Contribute to the achievement of store objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional, smart, and tidy appearance.
  • Assist, advise, and help train other staff members.

Requirements

  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Outstanding sales skills.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Able to use initiative.
  • Well-presented.
