Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tailor to join our team at Hackett London's Savile Row Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Provide impeccable customer service, greet and acknowledge customers promptly, and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve Results: Meet personal and store sales targets, stay aware of store KPIs, and contribute to the achievement of store objectives through effective sales skills and customer service.
  • Store and Stock Standards: Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, replenish product on the shop floor, and reduce stock loss in store.
Requirements
  • Passion for the fashion industry
  • Proven experience in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector
  • Impeccable customer service skills
