Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tailor to join our team at Hackett London Savile Row Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand image, and contributing to the achievement of store objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus
    • Provide impeccable customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every customer.
    • Develop excellent knowledge of our products and services to promote benefits and drive sales.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Escalate customer requests or problems promptly to ensure resolution in line with company standards.
  • Achieve Results
    • Meet personal and store sales targets through effective sales skills and customer service.
    • Stay aware of store KPIs and influence them positively.
    • Proactively suggest ideas to increase sales and drive business growth.
    • Utilize mailing cards and brochures to attract and retain customers.
  • Store and Stock Standards
    • Maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional and smart image.
    • Replenish product on the shop floor to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
    • Reduce stock loss in store by being aware of stock loss prevention techniques.
Requirements
  • Passion for the fashion industry and a proven track record in clothing retail, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and outstanding sales skills.
  • Able to work within a team, use initiative, and present well.
  • Above-standard communication skills with an exceptional command of English.
