Job Title: IT Field Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Support Analyst to join our Shared Services team. As an IT Field Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Manage the IT server room and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Be a point of contact for employees regarding IT issues and queries.
  • Log all queries in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support and administration, including troubleshooting of IT-related problems.
  • Control starters, leavers, and permission changes, and administer IT assets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service focus and ability to perform general IT administrative activities.
  • Computer literate skills with the ability to find solutions and investigations.
  • Effective communicator with first-class telephone and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative, with a high level of attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize workload, and identify problems and make decisions.
  • A problem solver with a logical and structured approach to work.
  • IT qualifications – desirable.
