We are seeking a skilled Travel Industry Sales Professional to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the area of Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Rutland, and Stamford.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients to promote and sell the company's excellent branding to feature their properties as holiday lets.
- Sourcing new clients through local networking and collaborating with estate agents and key suppliers.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to new property owners on how to best feature and sell their properties as holiday lets.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £45k-£50k per annum, uncapped and negotiable based on performance.
