Business Development Manager - Holiday Lettings
At Cracking Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional Home-Based Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional looking to expand their career in the travel industry.
About the Role:
- Develop and win new business across the Oakham, Rutland, Stamford, and surrounding areas, including Cambridgshire and Hertfordshire.
- Work from your home office in Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Rutland, or Stamford, covering a vast territory with minimal travel requirements.
- Identify and source new clients through local networking and develop relationships with estate agents and key suppliers.
- Offer advice and support to new property owners on how to feature and sell their properties as holiday lets.
- Take professional photographs of properties and assist in creating strong marketing literature.
About You:
- You have a background in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry, holiday lettings, or estate agency sales.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing new business and developing relationships with clients.
- You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of £45k-£50k per annum, plus monthly sales commission, with uncapped earnings potential.
- A fully expensed company car, laptop, phone, and discounts on our travel brands.
- Flexible working hours, allowing you to adjust your schedule to meet client needs and sales targets.
- 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays, totalling approximately 33 days off annually.
