Salary:

The hourly rate for this position is £22.97 (Umbrella) or £53 (PAYE).

Job Description:

This Locum contract offers 16 hours of work per week, providing a stable and flexible schedule. As a Family Learning Tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach joint family learning sessions and adult-only sessions, catering to diverse needs and skill levels.

  • You will be working in conjunction with local schools, collaborating with school link teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • The role involves teaching various subjects, including English and maths, using interactive methods like 'Learning through Play' and 'Play and Language.'

The adult-only provision focuses on Functional Skills English/Maths and accredited Literacy, offering a range of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A University Degree at grade 2:2 or above.
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience as a Teacher/Tutor in the UK.
  • A clean UK driving license, enabling you to commute to and from work independently.
