About the Role:
NHS Devon Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced Electronic Prescription and Medicines Administration (ePMA) System Lead to join their innovative healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and management of the ePMA system, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in medication administration across the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health in-patient settings, as well as leadership skills on NHS service projects/programmes. They will also have nursing expertise and knowledge of electronic medicines management systems.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working options. The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with project teams and clinical staff to plan and execute system upgrades or new application implementations
* Provide guidance and training to staff on the ePMA system
* Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration into daily clinical workflows
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of patient treatment and care delivered through the ePMA system
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address risks associated with the system

Requirements:
* NMC registrant
* Evidence of continued professional development
* Leadership skills on NHS service projects/programmes
* Experience of working with and training clinicians, nurses, and managers
