Nurse Specialist ePMA

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as a specialist in Electronic Prescription and Medicines Administration (ePMA) system development. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and management of our ePMA system, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in medication administration across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with project teams and clinical staff to ensure system upgrades or new applications are planned and executed safely and effectively.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff on ePMA delivery, providing training and support as needed.
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of performance management systems within the ePMA team, working closely with other leads across Digital.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of patient treatment and care is maintained, and the ePMA system meets these needs.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
