We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Growth team at Chip UK in London. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to business growth through the acquisition of new customers and deposits into our wealth app.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to set competitive interest rates for different savings accounts across price comparison websites to achieve maximum growth while balancing business unit economics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine interest rate strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create compelling campaigns that highlight our competitive rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on interest rate performance and market positioning.
  • Develop and implement incentivisation strategies to drive cross-sell of other Chip savings and investment accounts, build balances, and encourage user referrals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine incentivisation strategies and improve performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of price comparison websites and their impact on customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of business commercial KPIs, revenue margins, etc.
