We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support that promotes their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes their well-being.
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
