Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in North Tyneside. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that respects individuals' dignity and promotes their independence.
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting as required.
