Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their dignity and independence.
- Promote Independence: Support individuals to maintain their independence by enabling them to make their own decisions and take control of their lives.
- Support Outcomes: Work with individuals to identify and achieve their goals, involving families and professionals as needed.
- Connect with Communities: Help individuals access local support and services, promoting their connection to their communities.
- Deliver Personalized Care: Provide care that is tailored to each individual's needs and preferences, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as needed.
- Transferable Skills: You may not have direct care experience, but you may have transferable skills from previous roles, such as customer service or retail.
- Be Caring Values: You will be expected to embody the values of Be Caring, including a commitment to dignity, respect, and safeguarding.
- Training and Development: We will provide you with comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Fully Funded DBS: We will cover the cost of your DBS check.
- Paid Induction Training: You will receive paid induction training, including a week of classroom-based training and online modules.
- Training Development: We will fund your Level 2 and other accredited courses to support your career development.
