Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Facilities Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be based in Cambridge and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage the facilities helpdesk system
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with our contractors and internal teams
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including project coordination and filing
Requirements
  • A-levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or NVQ in Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases like FileMaker
  • Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
