Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Location: North & North-West Wales

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + car + bonus

UBT, a leading supplier in the industrial paint equipment, tools, and automotive supplies sector, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee sales operations in North and North-West Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Visits:
    • Conduct daily visits to existing customers to maintain relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
    • Identify and engage with new potential clients to generate quotes and build new business.
  • Key Account Management:
    • Meet with key accounts daily to ensure top customers are visited regularly.
    • Pre-plan and schedule key account visits for maximum effectiveness.
  • New Business Development:
    • Target distributors such as industrial paint suppliers, tool shops, and car parts factors.
    • Seek out end-user opportunities such as industrial paint finishing facilities and automotive body shops.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Input meeting notes into Pipedrive immediately after appointments and log completed activities.
