Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention of our Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) among our small-to-medium business (SMB) customers in the EMEA Higher Education and Corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Identify and address customer pain points to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide training and coaching to customers to ensure they get the most out of our LMS
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in education technology or a related field is an asset
