Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention of our Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) among our small-to-medium business (SMB) customers in the EMEA Higher Education and Corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Identify and address customer pain points to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide training and coaching to customers to ensure they get the most out of our LMS
- Monitor and report on customer success metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in education technology or a related field is an asset
