About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at IMT Resourcing Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients in the UK market, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and presenting and demonstrating ERP and SaaS solutions to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Engage Potential Clients: Utilize your expertise to identify potential clients in the UK market and develop strategies to engage them.
  • Build and Manage Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Present and Demonstrate Solutions: Present and demonstrate ERP and SaaS solutions to key decision-makers, addressing client challenges and illustrating the value proposition.
  • Manage Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
About You
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the UK market.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong Network: A strong network of contacts within the UK market is highly desirable.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary up to £80,000 depending on experience and scale of customers previously targeted.
