- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the UK market.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
- Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong Network: A strong network of contacts within the UK market is highly desirable.
- Competitive Salary: Base salary up to £80,000 depending on experience and scale of customers previously targeted.
- Remote Work: Fully remote roles with no office requirement.
- Double OTE: Double OTE with no cap on commission.
- Strong Progression Opportunities: Strong progression opportunities within a growing function.
