Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining audio visual installations in university teaching and meeting rooms, video conference rooms, TV Studios, and other locations.
  • Fixing problems and making minor programming changes or firmware upgrades without external assistance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to requests, enquiries, bookings, complaints, and client liaison using relevant systems and processes.

You will also support key university events, including Awards Ceremonies, Weston Auditorium events, Registration and Clearing, and provide technical and event support across the university estate as needed.
