Fluid Power Technician

This role involves working with hydraulic systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently. As a Fluid Power Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex hydraulic equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors to meet quality and safety standards.
- Component Replacement: Replace damaged or worn-out components in hydraulic systems.
- System Testing: Test hydraulic systems to ensure they function correctly and meet specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards.
- Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in fluid power technology or related mechanical field.
- Hydraulic Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and motors.
- Component Repair Skills: Proficient in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of hydraulic components.
- Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with hydraulic seals, materials, and industry best practices.
- Diagnostics and Problem-Solving: Ability to accurately diagnose issues and implement appropriate repair solutions.
- Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $92,000 - $128,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
