Elevator Technician

In this key position, you will oversee lifting equipment inspections and provide expert guidance to junior team members. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in the film industry.

$50,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus an enhanced holiday package, birthday off, overtime pay, discretionary bonus, on-site parking, access to a canteen, and flexible working hours.

• Conduct thorough inspections of various lifting equipment, including manual and powered hoists, and lifting accessories, adhering to LOLER and PUWER regulations.
• Identify and document equipment defects, malfunctions, and safety concerns, maintaining accurate and detailed inspection reports for compliance purposes.
• Service, repair, and inspect lifting equipment in our dedicated workshop, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
• Maintain adherence to QHSE regulations, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in all aspects of your work.
• Perform a range of repairs, aligning with regulatory requirements and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Substantial experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of the relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Hold a valid LEEA Stage 1 certification.
• Possess a full UK driving licence, enabling you to travel to sites as required.
