Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable claims handler with a passion for excellent customer service to join an established team in the Swanley area.

This is a senior role within the team, taking on additional responsibilities to support the team manager as required. As a Senior Claims Handler / Claims Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

About this Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling and excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position is estimated at £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Work closely with the team manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Law).
  • Proven experience in claims handling or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
