Job Title: Guest Experience Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Administrator to join our busy Operations Team. As the first point of contact for guests' queries, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless journey throughout all stages of their reservation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize the last stages of the Client's booking process, ensuring guests have a full understanding of their upcoming reservation.
  • Support the Operations team in offering clients a 'hassle-free' booking process.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and suppliers at all times.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve any issues that occur during a guest's reservation.
  • Maximize all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships (clients, suppliers, colleagues etc.).
