We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Administrator to join our Operations Team. As the first point of contact for guests' queries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless journey for our clients and guests throughout all stages of their reservation process.
Key Responsibilities:- Finalize the last stages of the Client's booking process, ensuring guests have a full understanding of their upcoming reservation.
- Liaise with the company's supply-chain around the globe to ensure the very best experience for your guest, whatever their needs.
- Arrange each guest's check-in promptly and monitor and allocate emails within the shared inbox.
- Support the team in offering clients a 'hassle-free' booking process and provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and suppliers at all times.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any issues that occur during a guest's reservation and maximize all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships.
- Highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service and have exceptional communications skills, both verbally and written.
- Adaptable to the needs of the business and continually seek personal and professional development.
- Commercially astute and confident with IT to include Microsoft Office products and CRMs.
