We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Administrator to join our busy and growing Operations Team.
As the first point of contact for guests' queries, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients and guests receive a seamless journey throughout all stages of their reservation process.
Key Responsibilities- Finalize the last stages of the Client's booking process, ensuring guests have a full understanding of their upcoming reservation.
- Ensure guests receive the best experience possible throughout their stay.
- Liaise with the company's supply-chain around the globe to resolve any issues that occur during a guest's reservation.
- Monitor and allocate emails within the shared inbox.
- Support the team in offering clients a 'hassle-free' booking process.
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and suppliers at all times.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any issues that occur during a guest's reservation.
- Maximize all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships (clients, suppliers, colleagues etc.).
- Follow and support company policies and procedures.
- Highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
