Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
