About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Our team handles over three million queries annually, and we respond to consumers in over 22 countries. You will be working with a variety of topics, from building tips and advice on the latest sets to troubleshooting and tracking down rare parts.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of the LEGO brand, representing our unique tone of voice and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and multitasking to meet our customers' expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Connect with customers in a fun and engaging way to build stronger relationships.
  • Assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently using the latest CRM tools.
  • Cover a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure best-in-class service.
  • Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet our customers' expectations.
