Job Opportunity: Respiratory Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Respiratory Nurse Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with both the Respiratory Nurse Specialist and the Hospital at Home service, providing comprehensive holistic assessments of patients with chronic respiratory diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive assessments of patients with chronic respiratory diseases
  • Working with the Respiratory Nurse Specialist and Hospital at Home service to improve patient care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing patients with acute and chronic respiratory disease
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize fluctuating workloads
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to travel throughout the area of service delivery
