IFA Operations Coordinator

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our team as an IFA Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our financial advisory services and ensuring that all client communication is accurately recorded and maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients from initial contact to investment funds being invested
• Manage client relationships and ensure all client communication is accurately recorded and maintained
• Collect and record policy information and critical data in accordance with KYC principles
• Obtain policy information, quotes, and product details for new clients
• Process and submit new business to providers efficiently
• Place investment trades, fund switches, and conduct peer reviews as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in using iO and other software applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
