As a Clinical Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Providing administrative support to our clinical staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Preparing presentations and documents for meetings and events.
  • Handling and processing mail and emails.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A good standard of education to GCSE level in English and Maths.
  • Experience of working with members of the public.
  • Experience of administration duties.
  • Experience of working as a member of a team.
  • Experience of working under direction.
Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,500 per annum, based on the job description and location.
