About the Role

The Clinical Director of Care will oversee the smooth running of the Small Animal Department across two sites. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for veterinary care.

As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 Veterinary Surgeons, 7 registered veterinary nurses, 1 Trainee nurse, and a support team of 13. You will work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the smooth operation of the department.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours across 4.5 days per week, with no out-of-hours and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
