Job Description

We are a fast-paced team delivering the best care in the veterinary industry, and we are looking for a skilled Veterinary Medicine Leader to join us. As Clinical Director of Care Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our Small Animal Department and overseeing the smooth running of our two sites in Somerset and Dorset.

You will lead a team of 10 Veterinary Surgeons, 7 registered veterinary nurses, 1 Trainee nurse, and a support team of 13. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours across 4.5 days per week, with no out-of-hours and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. The salary for this role is up to £80,000 per annum, plus a CD Bonus Scheme, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000, and 3 paid days.
