Job Title: School Site Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a School Site Manager. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our school site, maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety, and supporting our learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Unlocking the school in the morning and locking it in the afternoon, ensuring the site is clean and secure.
  • Undertaking general caretaking and maintenance duties, including reporting items needing repair.
  • Working with our cleaning company to maintain internal and external areas.
  • Assisting in the decoration of the school and maintaining the school's grounds.
  • Supporting at community events and coordinating drills for fire safety, lockdown, and evacuation procedures.
  • Liaising with and supervising utility companies and external contractors.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work.
