Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our primary school in Finchley. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Site Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the school site, including managing site security, conducting regular health and safety checks, and coordinating with contractors and supervising maintenance work.
  2. Facilities Management: Ensure the school buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained, including managing the site budget and resources efficiently.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient school environment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar setting, preferably with a background in facilities management.
  2. Skills: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently, and excellent communication skills.
  3. Certifications: Must have, or be willing to obtain, a DBS check.
